Hey all, I've looked at these forums for a while now but just decided to create an account, mostly for this question. I've been looking into nootropics for a good amount of time but there are none available in any health stores here. I also want to get advice from people who know about nootropics from experience. Now the main reason I'm using them is to get work done and decrease my moderate social anxiety. I'll tell you what I already take daily- 1,000 mg fish oil concentrate (300 mg of DHA and EHA) 200 mg Co-Q10 1 Superdad multivitamin 1,000 mg vitamin c with rose hips B vitamin complex Magnesium and Calcium vitamin And one egg a day (I heard they have choline) I just need advice on what nootropics to buy, what online vendor to use, and what other vitamins to add to my daily intake. I need a good stack hahaha. Aniracetam looked like it had pretty promising results as did piracetam. I'm mainly wanting it for anti anxiety, thank you guys. meganthratalica added 184 Minutes and 10 Seconds later... Does anyone have anything? I hope to order these substances in around 3 or 4 hours so any hell would be appreciated

Although human trials aren't easy to find on the internet, there is some evidence both for animals and people that aniracetam shows promise as an anxiolytic. I'm not going to pay for the article, but: www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0014299901010056 I've also seen a study that aniracetam increases aggression (or the chemical associated with it) in mice, causing timid mice to become more assertive. Phenibut is definitely not a placebo, and its anxiolytic effects have been clinically demonstrated. Of course, phenibut has also been demonstrated to be habit-forming, so there's a significant downside nootropicboost.com/ There are no anxiolytics that provide reliable relief, other than those that are habit forming (primarily benzos). Some people find that SSRIs and other antidepressants are effective, but others don't. I would say aniracetam is worth a try, but don't get your hopes up, if your anxiety is severe. Nootropics are subtle drugs. If you notice them working (my experience) it is in understated ways, but their anxiolytic properties make sense. If one feels more focused and aware of what is going on around them, they are likely to feel more in control and therefore confident. I know phenibut makes me feel that way. In a crowded, open place, I'm much more able to take in everything around me without letting the stimuli affect my ability to focus. If that isn't an anxiolytic, I don't know what is. I'm not really good at 'rating stacks', though. You need to find what works for you, but if you're looking into nootropics, definitely check out Noopept. Anxiolysis isn't necessarily anything you can expect, but it makes my brain work better, and that's what nootropics are all about. Good luck. I hope to hear what you come up with. Oh, by the way: your current regimen seems more like vitamins/supplements than nootropics-I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but I wouldn't consider what you are taking to be nootropic in the sense of 'smart drugs'. What you are taking does seem to have brain benefits, but you can get that stuff in a balanced diet. I don't eat much fish, though, so I do take Omega oil supplements.
